Instagram post `DcBPrSwE2S5` by `conspiracyveil` claims Professor Francis Boyle died shortly after agreeing to testify or provide an affidavit in litigation against Bill Gates, Pfizer and others over mRNA vaccine risks. The post asks whether the timing is suspicious.

## What is verified

- Boyle was real, prominent, and legally credentialed: University of Illinois College of Law confirms he was an internationally recognized human-rights/international-law scholar, a 47-year faculty member, and involved in drafting U.S. domestic Biological Weapons Convention implementing legislation.
- Boyle died Jan. 30, 2025. University of Illinois confirms the date. News-Gazette/Legacy search snippets give age 74 and Carle Foundation Hospital.
- Official Dutch court record exists: Rechtbank Noord-Nederland, ECLI:NL:RBNNE:2024:4056, case C/17/190788 / HA ZA 23-172. The Oct. 16, 2024 ruling was a jurisdiction/interim ruling in a civil case; the official text anonymizes parties and says the case returns to the roll for answer by the U.S. defendant.
- Advocacy/CHD reporting identifies the litigation ecosystem as a Dutch COVID-vaccine injury case naming Bill Gates, Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla and others; it says Francis Boyle agreed in January to testify for plaintiffs and later died.
- Joseph Sansone/Global Research/Principia-linked materials show an affidavit trail in which Boyle argued COVID/mRNA injections are biological weapons. PBC treats that as an affidavit/opinion claim, not a proven court finding.

- The Dutch court ruling does not rule that COVID vaccines are bioweapons, does not convict anyone, and does not find Gates/Pfizer liable.
