## What the video claims

The transcript says Garnet Harper was a 35-year-old Ontario father of five, type-1 diabetic, with stage-5 kidney failure. It claims his brothers were ready as living kidney donors, but Ontario hospitals including London Health Sciences Centre would not assess/list him because he was unvaccinated for COVID-19.
