The Instagram Reel from `mannybal2021` says “exciting news coming for Canada jobs jobs jobs ... thank you liberal government,” but the same caption says: “obviously this is just a comedy skit I'm just kidding.” The comments then treat the skit as a real policy/funding announcement and add claims about mosques, Edmonton, Clinton Foundation, Carney and Brookfield.

## Bottom line

The Reel is real, but it is not evidence of a real Canadian government policy announcement. The creator labels it a comedy skit. The official records checked show real but different programs: security grants for at-risk places of worship/community institutions, and community-space funding for official-language minority communities. Those are not proof of a secret Liberal/Carney/Clinton/Brookfield mosque-construction/jobs scheme.
